About the Role

The General Laborer supports warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. The role involves working on conveyor lines, picking and packing products, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is trainable, attentive to detail, and capable of working efficiently in a high-volume production setting focused on bottling commercial drug supplements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support order picking and packing operations in a warehouse setting
• Operate conveyor lines and assist with bottling processes to achieve production goals of approximately 30 bottles per minute
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety procedures
• Ensure quality and accuracy in order fulfillment and packaging processes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets in a fast-paced atmosphere

Required Qualifications

• Warehouse or restaurant background is helpful
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Trainable and willing to learn GMP standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with order picking and packing

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Up to 10 lbs lifting capacity

Dress Code

Casual warehouse; no earrings or long hair. Gloves, mask, and PPE suit provided.
