Job Summary
Our client, a leading company in the food distribution industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support operations at their refrigerated warehouse facility in Auburndale, FL. This is a full-time contract position responsible for stacking, organizing, and preparing products for shipment in a cold-storage environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Stack products coming off a conveyor line onto pallets accurately and efficiently
- Organize boxes and materials within the warehouse
- Handle and move products as needed to support daily operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Required Qualifications
- Experience stacking products on pallets
- Ability to organize warehouse materials effectively
- Knowledge of and adherence to warehouse safety procedures
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (approximately 32 F)
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing 10-20 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior warehouse or distribution center experience
- Experience working in cold-storage or refrigerated facilities
About the Role
Contract Duration: Approximately 9 weeks (360 total hours)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week)
Location: Auburndale, FL
Travel: None required

This role requires the ability to work comfortably in a cold, refrigerated warehouse setting. Appropriate cold-weather attire is recommended. Candidates should be dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable with physical, repetitive tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
