What You'll Do as a General Laborer:- Assist with food production, processing, and packaging activities
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Package finished products according to customer specifications
- Operate production equipment and machinery following safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following GMPs and sanitation guidelines
- Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality problems to supervisors
What You Need to Bring to the General Laborer Role:- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, pull, or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive movements
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food processing experience is helpful but not required
