General Laborer - High End Custom

We are looking for a skilled laborers to take on a variety of tasks throughout a large, long-term project performing high-quality hands-on work. This contractor is a premier custom estate builder and remodeler, who is kicking off an expansive 8-year project set on a stunning 600-acre property in the Shenandoah Valley.

If you enjoy working outdoors, tackling demanding physical labor, and being part of a monumental build from the ground up, this is the perfect place to build a stable career.Because of the massive scale of this estate, your days will be dynamic and active. You will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of construction, including:

• Civil Infrastructure: Assisting with earthwork, site prep, and laying utility lines across the acreage.
• Custom Estate Building: Supporting carpentry, concrete, and framing teams on high-end luxury structures.
• Historic Restoration: Helping carefully restore and preserve existing vintage buildings on the property.
• Site Support: Managing tools, handling premium building materials, and maintaining a safe, efficient outdoor work environment.
