General Laborer

Red River Brick, a leading manufacturer of high-quality brick products and part of the General Shale brand, is seeking a General Laborer to join our Henderson, Texas manufacturing team.
This position supports daily plant operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and may assist with a variety of production and general labor tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, willing to learn, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of general labor and production tasks as assigned
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently after appropriate training
- Meet production and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist team members and support overall plant operations
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and work instructions
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Willingness to learn new tasks and cross-train in multiple areas
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a strong work ethic
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
