About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring General Laborer workers for a wood packaging manufacturing company in Fort Ripley, MN. In this role, you’ll help assemble high-quality wood packaging products and support a clean, organized facility. What You’ll Do as a General Laborer:- Operate a nail gun to assemble wood packaging products
- Operate a screw gun, stack, and lift lumber
- Clean and maintain the work area
- Perform various physical and manual tasks as assigned
What You Need to Bring to the General Laborer Role:- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to stand for an 8–10 hour shift with breaks
- No experience required – entry-level candidates welcome
- Reliable transportation to Fort Ripley, MN
