About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring General Laborers for a manufacturing company in Fergus Falls, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality metal products and support finishing processes in a hands-on shop environment. If you enjoy working with tools and being active throughout your shift, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!
What You’ll Do as a General Laborer:- Operate power and hand tools such as grinders, drills, and saws
- Prepare products and surfaces for painting
- Perform product touch-ups and finishing work
- Assist with general production tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
What You Need to Bring to the General Laborer Role:- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent work history and reliability
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with hand and power tools safely
- Ability to stand and work for a 10-hour shift
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but entry-level candidates welcome
