Position Overview

Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers for manufacturing opportunities at a feed production facility in Neosho, Missouri. These positions involve supporting daily feed mill operations, handling materials, maintaining facility cleanliness, and assisting production teams in a fast-paced industrial environment.

This is a physically demanding, hands-on position requiring employees to remain active throughout the shift, repeatedly lift materials, and work in dusty conditions with varying temperatures.

Candidates must be comfortable working in extreme heat and cold, performing repetitive physical labor, and maintaining consistent productivity throughout extended shifts.

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and the ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a production team.

Both day and night shifts are available, paying $16.00 per hour.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Previous general labor, manufacturing, warehouse, agricultural, or feed mill experience is helpful but not required.

Candidates must be comfortable performing physically demanding work in an industrial production environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Assist with daily feed mill production operations to maintain efficient manufacturing workflow.

Handle, move, and organize feed ingredients, raw materials, and production supplies throughout the facility.

Perform general labor tasks to support feed processing and manufacturing activities.

Maintain cleanliness throughout production areas, storage locations, and surrounding facility grounds.

Remove debris, organize materials, and keep work areas clean and free of unnecessary hazards.

Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as directed by supervisors.

Support production personnel with additional material-handling and general manufacturing responsibilities.

Work safely around feed mill machinery, equipment, and active production operations.

Follow all company safety procedures, production requirements, and workplace policies.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Perform additional feed mill and general labor duties as assigned.

Feed Mill Production Support

Candidates will assist with daily operations at an industrial feed manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities include handling feed ingredients, moving materials, maintaining organized production areas, and supporting efficient workflow.

Employees must be comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks while working around industrial feed processing equipment.

Previous feed mill or agricultural manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Material Handling & General Labor

This position involves regular lifting, carrying, moving, and organizing production materials.

Candidates must be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 50 lbs and performing hands-on general labor throughout the shift.

Responsibilities may include loading and unloading materials, organizing supplies, and assisting production personnel with daily tasks.

Facility Cleanup & Maintenance Support

Maintain clean and organized production areas, storage locations, and surrounding facility grounds.

Responsibilities include removing debris, organizing materials, and performing general housekeeping duties to support safe and efficient operations.

Candidates must be willing to perform cleanup and general labor tasks as assigned.

Industrial Equipment & Production Environment

Employees will work around industrial machinery and equipment used in feed manufacturing.

Previous experience with forklifts, skid steers, or front-end loaders is beneficial but not required.

Candidates with equipment operating experience are encouraged to highlight those skills when applying.

All equipment must be operated according to applicable training, authorization, and company safety requirements.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

This is a physically demanding industrial labor position.

Candidates must be comfortable standing and walking for up to 10 hours per day while performing repetitive production and material-handling tasks.

Available Shifts & Schedule

Day Shift

Occasional weekend work may be required during winter months based on production needs.

Candidates must be available for their assigned schedule and maintain dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as a General Laborer, Feed Mill Worker, Manufacturing Associate, Production Worker, Warehouse Laborer, or Agricultural Production Worker is preferred.

Experience with feed manufacturing, material handling, industrial cleanup, forklift operation, skid steers, or front-end loaders is valuable.
