General Laborer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities

Assist with assembly, packaging, and material handling to support manufacturing processes
Operate basic machinery and tools following safety protocols and standard operating procedures
Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely to move raw materials or finished products within the facility
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote a safe working environment
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently and correctly during all tasks
Follow safety standards in production, including proper handling of hazardous materials when applicable
Support inventory management by organizing supplies and reporting shortages or issues
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently and safely
Skills

Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment and tools
Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
Strong understanding of safety standards in production settings, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively
Familiarity with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Good physical stamina and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team
