Job Summary
Currently seeking multiple General Laborers to support production operations in a manufacturing environment. This role involves assisting with the fabrication and assembly of components.
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with fabrication and assembly of components
- Interpret project blueprints and technical drawings
- Accurately read and take measurements using a tape measure
- Operate cranes to move materials throughout the shop
- Use hand tools and power tools with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow instructions from foreman and shop supervisors
- Comply with OSHA standards and company safety policies
Qualifications
Required:
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic understanding of hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience
- Experience reading blueprints or schematics
- Experience operating shop equipment or cranes
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods
- Ability to safely operate power tools
