Job Description
We are hiring Construction General Laborers to join our cleanup crews in Bay Minette, AL. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized construction worksite throughout the project.
Job Duties
- Perform general construction site cleanup and housekeeping.
- Remove trash, debris, scrap materials, and construction waste.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Move and organize materials around the jobsite.
- Sweep, shovel, and maintain designated work areas.
- Assist skilled trades and other crew members as needed.
- Follow directions from supervisors and foremen.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Follow all site safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Previous construction or general labor experience preferred, but not required.
- Must be dependable and willing to work as part of a team.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to work outdoors and in changing weather conditions.
- Must follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Reliable transportation and good attendance are required.
