General Laborer

Load and unload vaults on the paint line utilizing lift pads, and overhead lifting devices. The General Laborer will be responsible for assisting with a variety of tasks around the facility to help move production along.

Our client is looking for a General Laborer to join their team. Our client is a leading manufacturer of metal burial vaults.

The General Laborer will be responsible for assisting with a variety of tasks around the facility to help move production along.



Responsibilities/Duties:
- Helps load and unload trucks
- Helps put boxes on finished product (reaching - must have the ability to move arm in any direction)
- Load and unload vaults on the paint line utilizing lift pads, and overhead lifting devices.
- Helps put handles on finished product
- Helps put boxes on finished product
- Load and unload hooks on paint line

Requirements/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience
- Previous warehouse experience
- Previous assembly experience
- Previous machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to use hand/power tools
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail
