    General Laborer

    Siteworks LLC is currently looking for General Laborers/Helpers to work on crews specializing in grading and site utilities. We are always looking for dependable, experienced, hardworking employees with safety experience. We operate a drug-free and alcohol-free working environment. Applicants will be subjected to pre-employment drug screening and random drug testing.

    Responsibilities consist of but are not limited to the following duties:
    • Performs strenuous manual labor
    • Experience with shovel and other hand tools
    • Responsible for keeping sites clean and prepped.
    • Responsible for cleaning tools and equipment
    • Assists others with loading and unloading materials
    • Signal operators to facilitate adjustment of machinery
    • Assist crew with other duties, as needed.
    Job Requirements
    • 1 year experience as a construction laborer
    • Must be able to pass drug and background screening
    • Must have reliable transportation to and from Charlotte shop location
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
    • Team Oriented
