| MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS |
- 1 y ear experience working in a similar position doing manual labor
- High school diploma or equivalent

| PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS |
- Bilingual preferred but not required.

- Ability to work in all weather
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Required to maintain a valid drivers license

| JOB RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Perform general labor that is required to support the production team with the fabrication, welding, painting, and assembling of equipment.
- Use cranes and lifts to stage large materials in the fabrication area.
- Prep items for painting including power washing and taping units as instructed.
- Use power tools including drills and impacts to assemble components to equipment.
- Set up and clean workstations to ensure production runs smoothly
- Help stage parts in storage cabinets for the fabrication and assembly areas.
- Help verify inventory by performing cycle counts
- Use the company vehicle to pick up parts and materials when needed
- Keep work areas clean, including tables, cabinets, and floors.
- Keep materials and parts organized
- Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.
