Location: Salina, KS 67401
Duration: 3 Months – Possible Extension
Shift: 1st Shift | Sunday–Saturday | 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Overview
Support facility operations at the Salina location, primarily assisting with grain handling, material movement, equipment care, and general facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Load and unload: Trucks, Vessels, Barges, Rail cars
· Assist with filling and reclaiming grain ground piles.
· Perform various grain handling activities.
· Perform basic equipment maintenance and operator care.
· Support daily facility operations and production activities.
· Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with team members.
· Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
· Must be 18 years or older.
· Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
· Basic computer skills.
· Ability to understand and communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
· Ability to perform physically demanding work, including: Bending, Lifting up to 50 lbs., Kneeling, Climbing, Crawling, Twisting
· Ability to work in elevated areas 4 feet or higher.
· Ability to use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
· Comfortable working in varying indoor and outdoor conditions, including: Heat, Cold, Dust, Loud noise
Preferred Qualifications
· Willingness to work overtime as needed.
· Flexibility to work: Weekends, Holidays, Different shifts
· Ability to adjust schedule based on operational needs with advance notice.
