General Laborer - Basement Team

Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

RESPONSIBILITES: Employee is expected to conduct all business in accordance with Company policies and procedures, all published handbooks, Fair Housing laws (both Federal and local), the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the National Labor Relations Act, and all other laws pertaining to the multi-family industry. Specific responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Properly dispose of trash and any unused material
2. Removing any items left behind in unit by previous residence.
3. Utilize proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
4. Digging out basements (jackhammering, shoveling, operating a chainsaw)
5. Installing egress windows
6. Waterproofing basements
7. Installing carbon fiber strips
8. Perform other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Driver’s License and valid car insurance
• Personal, reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
• Ability to speak, read, and write English is preferred
• Basic computer skills; comfortable with apps and software
• Service mentality and a thirst for learning
• Positive Can-Do Attitude
• Excellent Attendance

JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME

• Monday-Friday
• 8AM – 5PM
• May need to work overtime
