Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking
General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will support daily operations by performing various manual labor tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Duties may include cleaning up worksites, transporting materials, operating basic tools and equipment, and assisting team members as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and capable of meeting the physical demands of the position.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by removing trash, debris, and excess materials
- Assist customers and team members with general labor needs
- Perform groundskeeping and upkeep of outdoor areas
- Transport materials, tools, and equipment between job sites or designated areas
- Load clay targets into machines and ensure proper operation
- Follow instructions from the foreman or supervisor and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
