We are seeking dependable General Laborers to join a manufacturing team in Aurora, IL, assisting with the assembly and production of air filters.
No prior manufacturing experience is required! We're looking for hardworking, reliable individuals who are comfortable working in a production environment and following safety and quality procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly & Production: Assembler air filters and related components according to work instructions.
- Packaging & Handling: Perform basic production, light packaging, and material handling tasks.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects to ensure high-quality standards.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Follow safety protocols and keep you work area clean and organized.
- Teamwork: Work efficiently with team members to hit daily productions goals.
