About the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring General Laborers for a manufacturing company in Hibbing, MN. In this role, you’ll help support production for durable rubber-lined and cast urethane products while working with a stable, long-standing company serving industries like mining, construction, and oil & gas. If you enjoy hands-on work in a team-focused environment and want consistent hours with weekly pay, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do as a General Laborer:- Operate machinery and use manual tools to complete production tasks
- Handle fixed workshop equipment safely and efficiently
- Operate forklifts, cranes, and hoisting equipment (as trained)
- Follow instructions and guidance from supervisors and team leads
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What You Need to Bring to the General Laborer Role:- Ability to work day or afternoon shifts as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively on a team and follow detailed instructions
- Comfortable working with machinery and in a manufacturing environment
