Looking for consistent weekday hours and a long-term opportunity? LINK Staffing is hiring a General Labor / Warehouse Associate for a busy warehouse operation in the Houston area. This is a hands-on position focused strictly on handling, palletizing, and moving boxed automotive cooling products.

Job Highlights

• Pay: $16.00 per hour
• Shift: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Schedule: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Remove boxes from units and organize products for storage
• Palletize boxed products safely and efficiently
• Tape and secure products on pallets for stability
• Use a manual pallet jack to move completed pallets away from the dock and into inventory
• Organize pallets and label boxes as needed
• Perform general warehouse duties and maintain an organized work area

Product & Lifting Details

This warehouse handles radiators and cooling condensers.

• Most products weigh approximately 10–20 lbs.
• Employees will regularly handle and palletize boxed products throughout the shift
• On rare occasions, heavy-duty radiators for Mack trucks may weigh approximately 40 lbs. and can be bulky
• Bulky/heavier radiators are handled using a two-person lift
• This position does not require scanner skills or learning a Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Requirements

• Able to regularly handle boxes weighing approximately 10–20 lbs.
• Able to participate in a two-person lift for bulky products weighing approximately 40 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift
• Able to safely use a manual pallet jack
• Must follow warehouse and workplace safety procedures

Dress Code

• Tennis shoes are acceptable
• Steel-toe shoes are preferred but not required
• Plain shirt
• Pants or jeans with no holes or rips
