General Laborer Join Our Team. Stay Active. Make an Impact. Position Summary We're seeking a reliable and flexible General Laborer to support our distribution center. This hands-on role focuses on receiving inbound products, physically unloading containers, and supporting general warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Receive inbound products and physically load/unload trucks and containers.
- Support material handling, staging, inventory organization, and repacking.
- Verify shipments for accurate quantities.
- Assist with sorting, cleaning, and preparing parts for quality inspections.
- Lift and move materials and operate basic warehouse equipment.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Support additional warehouse and general labor needs as assigned.
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work across multiple areas.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of industrial safety practices.
Working Conditions - Fast-paced manufacturing/distribution environment.
- Requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
- Exposure to noise and varying temperatures; facility is not climate controlled.
- Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
