Job Title: General Warehouse Associate (1st, 2nd, 3rd, Weekend and Part-time Shifts Available)
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and motivated General Warehouse Associates to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, efficient inventory management, and the smooth operation of daily warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, sort, and store incoming materials and products.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and on time.
- Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and scanners.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve issues or improve workflow.
- Non-Climate controlled facility
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 40lb + and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Flexibility to work assigned shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
