Leadpoint Business Services is immediately hiring General Laborers to work as Screen Cleaners to ensure the screening equipment on our sorting machinery is properly cleaned and operable on every shift. Be able to use handheld tools safely and correctly as you will be taught how to remove jammed materials on the screening equipment to ensure efficient run time during production hours.

Leadpoint Business Services is immediately hiring General Laborers to work as Screen Cleaners to ensure the screening equipment on our sorting machinery is properly cleaned and operable on every shift. These are full-time positions in Charlotte, NC, with lots of opportunity to learn new skills and to be cross trained to other departments. 

 

NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED! PAID ON-THE-JOB TRAINING!

As a General Laborer trained as a Screen Cleaner, you will ear $18.00 per hour and  be eligible for health, dental and vision insurance benefits after 60 days of employment.  In addition, you’ll also enjoy:

No General Labor experience required.  Entry Level workers are encouraged to apply.  You just must be age 18 or older. In addition, we require you to:

1. Learn and then be compliant with LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) and other site-specific safety procedures. 
2. Be able to use handheld tools safely and correctly as you will be taught how to remove jammed materials on the screening equipment to ensure efficient run time during production hours.
3. Consent to a drug screen. This is a drug-free workplace. 
4. Consent to a background check. Prior convictions may not necessarily disqualify you from working for this company. 
5. Be authorized to work in the United States.
