Youll be part of a busy operations team supporting hands-on production and jobsite needs. This is a great fit if you like staying active, following direction, and helping keep work moving from start to finish.

Hours- 1st Shift
- Shift start: 07:00
- Shift end: 17:00
- First day hours: 08:00 AM 04:30 PM
PayKey Responsibilities- Assist with general production and labor tasks in a precast/casting concrete environment
- Support daily workflows as directed by supervisors
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
Minimum Requirements- Ability to work on-site in Salem, OH
- Willingness to follow safety rules and work instructions
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Nice to Have Skills- Prior general labor experience
- Experience working in a concrete, precast, or casting environment
Preferred Education and Experience- Experience in a similar industrial or production setting (preferred)
