We're looking for dependable, motivated people to join our manufacturing team in Columbiana, OH. As a Production Operator/General Laborer, you'll play an important role in producing, inspecting, and preparing quality products for our customers.

No manufacturing experience? That's okay. We're willing to train the right person who is reliable, willing to learn, and ready to work.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate production and manufacturing equipment.

• Inspect plastic containers and lids to make sure they meet quality standards.

• Trim, assemble, label, package, and palletize finished products.

• Complete basic production and quality paperwork.

• Identify and report equipment or quality concerns to supervisors.

• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.

• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.

• Work with your team to meet daily production goals.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Manufacturing, production, machine operation, warehouse, or assembly experience is a plus.

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
