Responsibilities
- Assist in the production process by performing various tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and productivity.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any defects.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a labor or production role is a plus (Example: assembly/production line worker)
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Biligual English/Spanish is a plus!
