We are urgently recruiting a manufacturing client seeking General Labor/Production Workers to play a key role in maintaining equipment performance and supporting a smooth, efficient production process.

Details
- Position: General Labor / Production Worker
- Shift Hours: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM (1st Shift)
- Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
- Overtime: Frequent overtime available, including weekends
- Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing processes
- Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance to minimize downtime
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and standards
- Follow standard operating procedures and all safety guidelines
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly to supervisors
- Maintain accurate production records and logs
- Assist with material handling and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
