Protech Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates for temp-to-hire opportunities in Rialto, CA. Join a fast-paced warehouse team and help keep daily operations moving through packing, scanning, sorting, and material handling.

Position Details

  Shift: 1st shift | 11:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.

  Overtime: Available based on business needs

  Assignment Type: Temp-to-hire

  Work Environment: Warehouse / Distribution Center
  

What You’ll Do

• 
  Label, pack, and prepare products for shipment.
  
• 
  Sort and organize incoming and outgoing materials.
  
• 
  Use handheld RF scanners to scan items and record product movements accurately.
  
• 
  Perform quality checks to verify products and order accuracy.
  
• 
  Lift, move, stack, and organize products safely.
  
• 
  Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.
  
• 
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  
• 
  Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.
  
• 
  Meet daily productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.
  
• 
  Work with team members to maintain an efficient workflow.
  
• 
  Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
  

What You’ll Bring

• 
  Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
  
• 
  Availability to begin work promptly at 11:00 a.m.
  
• 
  Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move products throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  
• 
  Attention to detail when scanning, sorting, labeling, and packing products.
  
• 
  Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  
• 
  Dependable attendance, reliable transportation to and from work, and a strong work ethic.
  
• 
  A team-oriented attitude and commitment to safe work practices.
