OneSource Staffing Solutions is hiring dependable and hardworking General Laborers for a paving company in the Schwenksville, PA area. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying physically active, and being part of a team.
No previous paving or construction experience is required! The company is willing to train candidates who are motivated, reliable, and ready to work.
Shovel and rake blacktop (asphalt) during paving projects.
Clean and prepare work areas before paving begins.
Assist the paving crew with general labor duties as needed.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
Follow instructions from crew leaders and adhere to safety procedures.
Perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Must be physically capable of performing demanding outdoor labor.
Ability to shovel, rake, bend, lift, stand, and remain active for extended periods.
Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions.
Previous construction, paving, landscaping, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.
Monday through Friday, with approximately 40 hours expected per week.
Daily start times typically range from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM.
Employees report to the company office each morning before traveling to job sites with the crew.
Work is outdoors and may be affected by rain and other weather conditions.
The assignment is expected to continue through December, weather and project schedules permitting.
This is a seasonal position, with a planned layoff at the end of the season and an anticipated return to work in the spring.
