Duties:
- Powder Paint and Antiquing – (Rotating positions) physical process to make furniture look warn/aged
- Industrial Sewing – Sewing cushions for furniture. (Must have experience sewing upholstery)
- Aluminum Blast/Buffer – requires use of a respirator/helmet suit, will need to be tested at our clinic – surface preparation for painting
- Welders – Mig/Tig Welders Robotic or Lazer Welding a PLUS! Welding furniture frames
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and stand, bend, and use hands for extended periods
- Comfortable working around moving mechanical parts, vibration, and loud noise
- Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1–3 months of related experience or training is a plus (but not required)
- Dependable and safety-focused
