Located in Naperville, IL at ViaPhoton
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Compensation: $17/hr
This is a hands-on maintenance role where your work matters. You'll be part of a facility team that keeps our warehouse running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your attention to detail directly impacts daily operations and warehouse organization. Responsibilities
Remove pallets and manage garbage throughout the warehouse
Sweep floors and keep walkways clear of debris
Empty trash bins regularly and transport waste to disposal areas
Recycle cardboard boxes by breaking them down and organizing them
Assist with general warehouse cleanup and ad-hoc physical tasks as needed
What You'll Bring
Prior experience in a warehouse, janitorial, or general labor environment (a plus, but not required)
Are dependable, safety-conscious, and work well with others
Have physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift
Can follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors
