Warehouse Operators for a full?time shift in Iola, KS. This Warehouse Operator position is a great opportunity for dependable, safety?focused individuals who enjoy hands?on work in a fast?paced warehouse environment. Training is provided, making this role ideal for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.Warehouse Operator Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming inventory
- Complete receiving paperwork and inventory documentation
- Pull, stage, and fill orders accurately
- Maintain inventory control and organization
- Operate forklifts, tuggers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Prepare and handle outbound shipments
- Follow safety procedures and standard work instructions
Requirements for the Warehouse Operator
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Team?oriented with a high level of accountability
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to read gauges, dials, and work instructions
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- Warehouse or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check, drug screen, physical abilities test, and interview process
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Stand and walk for 8–12 hours per shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs independently; team lift up to 65+ lbs
- Frequent bending, lifting, and stretching
- Ability to work in hot conditions
- Overtime may be required
- Industrial warehouse environment with required hearing protection
- Fast?paced, team?oriented operations floor
