About the Role

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our warehouse team as General Labor associates. In this role, you will support the receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping of apparel products within a busy clothing warehouse environment. Your primary focus will be ensuring quality control, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload, unpack, and verify incoming garment shipments against purchase orders.
• Inspect apparel for damages, defects, or incorrect items, reporting discrepancies to supervisors.
• Organize and store stock in designated racks and shelves, updating inventory records with barcode scanners.
• Assist with cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Locate clothing items for order picking, pack them securely, and apply shipping labels.
• Prepare and pack outbound orders, ensuring items are properly wrapped and labeled.
• Load packed orders onto trucks for shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by removing packing materials and debris.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift and handle up to 20 lbs.
• Experience with warehouse tasks such as receiving, inspection, or inventory management preferred but not required.
• Basic familiarity with barcode scanners or inventory systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a warehouse, shipping, or apparel distribution environment.
• Knowledge of safety standards related to warehouse operations.

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Standing, walking, and moving materials in a warehouse setting.
