Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking dependable and hardworking general laborers to support production and warehouse operations. This full-time position involves assisting with loading and unloading materials, operating basic tools and equipment, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Candidates with a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials in the warehouse or production environment
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely
• Assist with production tasks as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols in the work area
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures
• Support inventory management through picking and packing processes
• Perform order picking and packing using designated tools and methods
• Support industrial sorting and picker tasks as required
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Comply with all safety and work environment standards

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Experience with picking, packing, and order processing methods

Tools / Equipment / Systems

• Basic tools and equipment for material handling and production

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
