About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labor candidate to support warehouse operations in West Chicago, Illinois. The primary focus of this role is to assist with loading, unloading, and organizing inventory, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and warehouse efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and products using RF scanners and other designated equipment.
• Move and organize boxes, materials, and inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
• Sort and label products to ensure proper identification and placement.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, verifying incoming and outgoing goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment following safety procedures and guidelines.
• Support inventory control by labeling, sorting, and updating inventory using RF scanners.
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operational efficiency.
• Follow safety policies, including handling up to 40 lbs as needed.
• Assist team members in maintaining a safe and productive warehouse environment.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with picking, sorting, and packing in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to unload and load materials safely and efficiently.
• Familiarity with RF scanners or similar inventory scanning tools.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with shipping and receiving duties.
• Knowledge of warehouse organization and inventory management systems.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Standing, walking, and moving throughout the warehouse during shift hours.
