Now Hiring – Multiple Positions Available!Penmac Staffing is currently hiring for multiple positions in a manufacturing and production facility in Greenfield, MO!
We have opportunities available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, with a variety of positions suited for individuals with different skills and experience levels.
Available Positions Include:
Forklift Operators: Transport materials, load and unload products, and assist with warehouse and production operations.
Quality Assurance (QA): Inspect products, monitor quality standards, perform basic calculations, and maintain accurate records.
General Production: Assist with packaging, material handling, stacking, and other production-related duties.
Lab Dividing: Sort, separate, measure, and prepare seed samples for testing while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Machine Operators: Operate and monitor production equipment, perform basic adjustments, and maintain production efficiency.
General Qualifications
Dependable with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
Ability to follow instructions and workplace safety procedures.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, forklift, or machine operation experience preferred for certain positions.
Physical requirements vary by position and may include standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
