We are currently hiring general labor associates for a pick & pack position in a warehouse environment. Associates will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, sorting, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining safety and productivity standards.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Verify product quantities and inspect items for damage or defects.
- Sort and organize products within the warehouse.
- Prepare shipments and label packages.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow company safety procedures and attendance expectations.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or handheld scanners.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or shipping experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Warehouse or pick/pack experience preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation and good attendance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
