General Labor - Dayshift

BlueWave is hiring a General Laborer for an industrial client based in Cape Canaveral, Florida. As a General Laborer, you will operate material-handling equipment, move and organize materials, maintain the worksite, and provide general construction support. This is a day-shift contract role working five 10-hour shifts per week.

Responsibilities

• Operate rough-terrain telehandlers to move and position materials safely
• Load, unload, stage, and organize materials
• Remove trash and packing materials
• Maintain worksite organization and cleanliness
• Assist with signage, barricades, fencing, storage areas, pumps, hoses, and other temporary site needs
• Operate small site equipment and drive trucks for material movement
• Perform general labor and construction support
• Adapt to changing worksite priorities as needed

Requirements

• Experience operating a rough-terrain, variable-reach forklift, also known as a telehandler or Lull
