General Labor

Job Summary:

We are hiring General Labor workers to support our food processing operations. This is an entry-level position with full-time hours on either day or night shift. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining food safety and quality standards. Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome, but English is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual labor tasks such as packing, sorting, stacking, and moving food products
• Operate basic food processing equipment as trained
• Maintain cleanliness and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and supplies
• Follow safety guidelines and report any issues to supervisors
• Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required – training provided
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long hours, and work in varying temperatures
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Spanish language is acceptable; English preferred for safety and communication
• Must be available to work 5 to 6 days a week, including weekends if needed
• Willingness to work day or night shift

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced food processing/packaging environment
• Exposure to hot, cold, or wet conditions depending on area
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
