General Labor - Building & Grounds
We are currently seeking hardworking individuals for a seasonal position in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. This role is perfect for those who enjoy outdoor work and are comfortable in all weather conditions. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be willing to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Join our team and support a community-focused project dedicated to maintaining and improving parks, streets, and other public spaces. As a General Laborer, you will be an essential part of keeping the citys grounds safe and beautiful while gaining valuable hands-on experience in grounds maintenance and street work.

Hours
Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM
Pay
$15 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Perform street maintenance and traffic control
Conduct general landscaping and mowing
Assist with varied grounds maintenance activities in parks and public spaces
Support city projects with physical outdoor work in different weather conditions
Minimum Requirements
Valid drivers license
Ability to work independently
Lift and move up to 60 pounds
Stand for long periods of time
Follow all safety procedures
Ability to perform physical activity in all weather conditions
Cooperative behavior with colleagues, supervisors, and the public
Nice to Have Skills
Previous grounds or street maintenance experience
Traffic control or safety certification
Preferred Education and Experience
No specific education required
Prior experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor manual labor is a plus
Other Requirements
Must have a resume to submit to the city
Physical ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
