General Labor - Building & Grounds

Looking for seasonal general labor work in Cuyahoga Falls, OH? Employ-Temps Staffing Services is hiring hardworking candidates with a valid driver’s license who are comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.

This client needs help with Buildings & Grounds duties including streets, parks, and general maintenance. If you’re dependable, safety-focused, and able to stay active on the job, we want to hear from you.

Hours

• 1st Shift (Monday - Friday)
• 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Pay

• $15.00 / hour (Pay rate is based on the job order.)

Key Responsibilities

• Street maintenance and traffic control
• General landscaping and mowing
• Varied duties in Streets/ Grounds Maintenance / Parks & Rec

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Able to work independently
• Lift/move up to 60 pounds
• Stand for long periods of time
• Follow all safety procedures
• Perform physical activity in all types of weather
• Cooperative behavior with colleagues, supervisors, and the public

Nice to Have Skills

• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather
• Experience with groundskeeping, mowing, or light maintenance work

Other Requirements

• Seasonal role with 12 temporary workers needed
• They prefer temps to be drivers (if possible)
• Start date:03/30/2026
• Must have a resume built to submit to the city
• Job is on-site
