Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated General Laborer to assist with the installation of screened-in rooms and outdoor structures. This position involves physical labor, working with tools, and performing outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of screened-in rooms and related projects
- Read and use a tape measure accurately
- Operate drills and other basic hand tools
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with team assistance
- Climb ladders and work safely at elevated heights
- Work outdoors in heat, cold, and other weather conditions
- Learn to safely operate equipment, including a chop saw
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Construction or framing experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate
