General Labor

We are seeking dependable and safety-focused General Laborers to support daily manufacturing and production operations. Team members will assist with material handling, production support, housekeeping, and other duties to ensure efficient plant operations. Essential Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Assist machine operators and production team members as needed.
• Perform quality inspections and report defects or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory activities when required.
• Complete other general labor duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attendance record and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality.
