Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Labor Associates to support operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role will play a key part in receiving, sorting, palletizing, and preparing products for distribution as the facility ramps up operations.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Unload containers and trucks manually 
  • Sort and organize incoming products 
  • Palletize and prepare materials for storage or shipment 
  • Scan and track inventory as needed 
  • Assist with picking and packing orders 
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment 
  • Follow all safety procedures and site guidelines 
Work Environment
  • Warehouse setting with manual labor required 
  • Frequent lifting, bending, and standing throughout the shift 
  • No cell phones permitted on the warehouse floor (emergency use allowed in designated areas) 
  • Operations will ramp up gradually, with increased workload over time 
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred 
  • Ability to lift and move materials consistently throughout the shift 
  • Strong work ethic and reliability 
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment 
Pay Rate: 
  • $18–$22/hour depending on experience
Schedule: 
  • Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (or later as needed)
