General Labor

Adecco is currently hiring dependable and hardworking individuals for a General Labor Associate position in American Canyon, CA. This role supports daily warehouse operations through material handling, product rework, sanitation, and general facility support. This position starts at $17.25 per hour and will work a day shift schedule of 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with potential for overtime.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders, stack & wrap pallets.

• Perform general labor duties as assigned by leadership.

• Sort, inspect, and repackage damaged or salvageable products according to company standards.

• Prepare unsellable products for disposal.

• Load, unload, and move materials and freight throughout the facility.

• Complete basic paperwork and documentation as required.

• Support warehouse operations by filling in for absent employees when needed.

• Follow company safety, quality, and environmental procedures at all times.

• Report damaged tools, equipment, or safety concerns to leadership promptly.

• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications

Required

· High school diploma or GED equivalent.

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Basic computer knowledge.

· Ability to work overtime as needed.

Preferred

· Previous warehouse or general labor experience.

· Material handling experience.

· Ability to read and understand work instructions, emails, and shipping documents.

Pay Details: $17.25 per hour
