As a General Laborer, you’ll support essential infrastructure work by assisting a skilled team, helping keep job sites running smoothly, and following safety-first procedures.


What You’ll Do
As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for

• Assisting skilled technicians with construction, piping, and repair tasks, including trenching and site preparation
• Loading, unloading, and organizing materials and tools at job sites
• Supporting pipe installation, welding, and fabrication activities as needed
• Maintaining safety protocols and keeping work areas clean, organized, and ready
• Preparing job sites by setting up equipment and safety barriers & assisting with equipment operation under supervision

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Mechanically inclined mindset and a willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to perform demanding manual labor outdoors in all weather conditions
• Comfort working in trenches/confined spaces and following safety procedures
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
