What You'll Do as a General Laborer:- Assist with preparation of the production process
- Operate a laser cutter while following safety procedures
- Monitor and oversee the automatic paint booth process
- Use hand and power tools to refine and finish steel products
- Prepare products for shipment and assist with loading and unloading materials using a forklift
What You Need to Bring to the General Laborer Role:- Ability to frequently lift heavy steel bins throughout the shift
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to work in a warm manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable transportation to the Worthington area
