Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Overtime available on Fridays: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Opportunity for advancement into a skilled Mixing Operator role
Job Duties
Assist operators with preparing and mixing compounded materials
Help with weighing materials and preparing batches
Package finished silicone products into drums and containers
Print and apply product labels
Move materials and 55-gallon drums throughout the facility
Assist with equipment changeovers
Clean mixers, mixer parts, containers, and work areas
Complete daily production documentation
Maintain housekeeping throughout the department, including sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning
Requirements
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 100 lbs. independently or with assistance
Comfortable working around industrial mixing equipment
Ability to climb in and out of mixing vessels for cleaning
Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and work in confined spaces as needed
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility during a 10-hour shift
Steel-toed or safety-toed shoes required
Ideal Candidates
Manufacturing, production, warehouse, chemical, or industrial experience is a plus
Team-oriented and willing to learn new skills
