General Labor - 1st Shift

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

About the Role:

We are seeking dependable and hardworking general labor associates to support warehouse and production operations in Calhoun, GA. This position involves performing manual tasks such as material handling, stocking, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates reliability, a strong work ethic, attentiveness to safety, and the ability to efficiently perform a variety of manual tasks in a warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse or production area using proper techniques.
• Assist with stocking and organizing products for shipment or storage.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety guidelines.
• Support team members in meeting daily production and operational goals.
• Perform general labor duties as assigned, including sorting, packing, and order assembly.
• Support warehouse tasks involving picking, packing, and order fulfillment using industrial pickers and sorters.
• Follow safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques up to 40 lbs.
• Maintain productivity standards for order picking, packing, and material handling.
• Ensure accurate stocking, inventory support, and organization of products.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift
• Prior warehouse or general labor experience is a plus
• Strong attention to safety and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with picking, packing, or order fulfillment
• Familiarity with industrial pickers, sorters, or related warehouse equipment

Tools and Equipment:

• Industrial picker / sorter
• Picking tools and packing materials

Physical Environment and Requirements:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Lifting up to 40 lbs. as needed
• Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
