Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily production and general labor tasks
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials, tools, and supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Support production and operational needs as directed by supervisors or leads
- Follow work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Report equipment issues, quality concerns, and safety hazards promptly
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting
- Work as part of a team to help maintain workflow and productivity
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to follow directions and learn quickly
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment lifting up to 65lbs.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to follow all safety rules and use required PPE

- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in a production setting
- Lifting up to 65lbs when needed to stack parts
- Must be willing to work in ambient temperatures. Hot in the summer, cold in the winter.
